Lot Rules and Helpful Reminders
We look forward to serving you and welcome any questions, comments or concerns at (636) 327-6363.
- Be A Good Neighbor - fortunately, B&B Storage is surrounded by homes, which only helps to improve the security of the storage lot. Please drive slowly and be conscientious of our neighbors, as they are our best security.
- Please call us if you ever see anything suspicious. The lot is monitored 24 hours a day, however, it is important that we be notified of any suspicious behavior in order to maintain the highest level of security possible.
- Your unit must be labeled with the bar code provided by B&B Storage. Please place the sticker on the tongue of the unit or the exposed side of the bumper.
- Never park in a numbered spot other than the one that has been assigned to you, as this creates a domino effect on the rest of the lot. Should someone be in your assigned slot, temporarily put your unit in a non-numbered space in the back of the lot and call our offices as soon as possible.
- If you have a pull through slot, please be sure that he marker is at the MIDPOINT of your vehicle. This insures that everyone has adequate space to pull into and out of their assigned spots.
- Feel free to mark your space with a cone or other marker when you are gone, which will aid the process when you return, especially at night or in inclement weather.
- Always be sure to pull all the way through the gate upon entry or exit from the storage lot. Failure to do so could result in damage to your vehicle and the gate.
- We do not accept units with broken windows, missing tires or fenders or wrecked units.
- Never leave cash in the drop box at 111 West Allen St. in Wentzville.
